Covid 19 New Delivery Conditions

We are 100% committed to helping your business stay open and operational during these extraordinary times, and we want you to know that your safety and that of our delivery drivers is a top priority.

As an essential service we are following the guidelines of governments and health authorities around the world, so if you are self isolating at home or practising social distancing, you can have peace of mind with our contactless delivery for both parcel pick up and drop offs.

With our contactless delivery, you, the customer, and the delivery driver won’t need to come into contact, touch a pen or a scanning device.

Our delivery drivers are practising strict hygiene measures, including social distancing to make sure shipments get to their destinations safely and help flatten the curve. Drivers are encouraged to keep their distance. 

The World Health Organization (WHO) says the risk of catching the virus from a parcel that has been through the postal delivery system (or handled and exposed to different conditions and temperatures) is low. We recommend people take precautions when receiving a shipment e.g. quickly disposing of the packaging and washing your hands.

To keep small businesses, your customers and our delivery drivers COVID-19 free, we ask that everyone practices social distancing and good hygiene. That includes:

Not shaking hands or touching othersStaying 2 metres (6 1/2 feet) away from other peopleWashing hands with soap and water for 20 secondsUsing a tissue to cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezingDisposing of tissues in a rubbish or trash bin

Make sure your parcel is left in a safe place as per your pickup instructions.‘Signature on Delivery’ has been changed to ‘Authority to Leave to eliminate person to person contact. Our delivery drivers will leave a parcel at their discretion in a designated safe place.
